Rotherham Lifestyle Survey 2016

During the summer term Year 7 and Year 10 pupils from all comprehensive schools across Rotherham are being given the opportunity to take part in the annual Lifestyle Survey.  Young people will have a window of opportunity to complete this survey in their school between 7th June to 20th July 2016.

This is an important survey created jointly with Children and Young People's Services and Rotherham Public Health Team in Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.  Its main aims are to help evaluate pupils' views on their own health, well-being and personal safety whilst also establishing what activities and facilities are important to Rotherham's young people.  This feedback from young people helps the local authority, health, and police identify what is important to young people and help them shape their policies and services as a result of what young people tell us.

To access the survey please click on the relevent links below.
