There are 3 levels at which a complaint can be considered:

• An informal level with the Head teacher or other staff of the school.
• A formal complaint to the Governing Body of the school should be addressed to: The Chair of Governors, c/o Dinnington Comprehensive School, Doe Quarry Lane, Dinnington, Sheffield, S25 2NZ
• A formal complaint to the Local Education Authority should be addressed to: Local Education Authority, Norfolk House, Walker Place, Rotherham, S65 1AS
