WHOLE SCHOOL REWARD POLICY

 
 
  • Success, achievement and progress should be rewarded on different scales in line with the ‘Reward Structure’, thus ensuring students are continually motivated to succeed
  • All students should be rewarded, regardless of their gender, ability, race or social background
  • The issuing of rewards should be recorded and monitored at all levels to ensure equality of opportunity and consistency of allocation to students, by teachers across faculties and to ensure equal distribution between genders.
